The RS = ABC Hackathon is a newly initiated programme that is targeted at youths who are interested in learning how to come up with rural solutions and execute them. The Internet of Things provides an opportunity for many devices to be linked together and for data to be collected and shared simultaneously across multiple platforms. This hackathon would focus on applications and cyber security especially with the presence of Big Data, while at the same time providing a basis for youths to come up with their own solutions to a specific problem. Participants’ Age: Junior – 9 to 12 years old Senior – 13 to 16 years old
