  • Summer Camp facilitators (2 weeks for May and/or July)
  • Conference chaperones (5 days in June and/or July)
  • Discussion Facilitator (1 day + 1 day training prior to conference in July)

Time frame –

Negotiable, preferably between 3 to 6 months, immediate start

Skills required –

Communication and Writing, Computer Literacy, Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Applications

Job Scope –

A) Outreach of YA events, Community Engagement Program, English Camp
  • To compile database of schools in regional countries
  • To make appointment to schools in regional countries
  • To visit the schools to do outreach (may have regional overseas trip)
  • To write report on outreach visits and compile them into database
  • Follow up communications via email and phone calls to schools
  • To answer inquiry, request from schools
  • To attend to inquiries through website
B) Publicity of YA events, Community Engagement Program, English Camp
  • To design posters and brochures
  • Update brochures from time to time
  • Update of company website
  • Update of event facebook page
C) Events Preparation
  • Coordinate with the participating schools to obtain participants list
  • Prepare participants list
  • Plan and execute team building activities for the participating students
  • Preparation of T-shirts, medals, booklets etc
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for the events
  • Plan and coordinate the prize presentation ceremony, and end of the conference party
D) Events Execution
  • To contact schools to recruit event volunteers, give briefing to the volunteers on their roles and responsibilities
  • To liaise with the event partners, vendors
  • To source for speakers
  • To write letter to invite speakers
  • To compile speaker photos, CV, and speech materials
  • To find and compile information of event booklets
  • To support the execution during the events (photo, video, VIP handling, audio-visual aids of conference room, activity support, etc)
  • Participants survey and compile the satisfaction level and testimonials
